Flooded Glory

While at Blashford Lakes in early January I had a quick jaunt just up the road to Harbridge, a large flood plain of the River Avon that attracts hundreds of Swans to its waters throughout the winter. I had hoped for a look at the rumoured Bewick's Swan that had been seen but no joy, so made do with photographing a rather obliging Mute Swan in some stunning light.
